Refund & Cancellation Policy

VGlobe MarCom Private Limited enables prepaid and postpaid charging sessions through our app, web, and partner channels. This policy outlines when refunds apply and how cancellations are managed.

  1. Prepaid Charging

Any unused amount from prepaid sessions is automatically refunded to the original payment method. Additional consumption beyond the prepaid value will be billed at session end.
After a successful charge, VGlobe MarCom Private Limited reserves the right to recover applicable usage fees from the linked payment method or wallet.

  1. Cancellation Windows

Free Cancellation: Up to 30 minutes before the scheduled slot.
Partial Refund: 15–30 minutes before the session start (50% refund of booking fees).
No Refund: Less than 15 minutes before the start time or in case of no-shows.
In case of auto-cancellation due to a no-show, booking or convenience fees remain non-refundable.

  1. Refund Timelines

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.

Digital wallets typically reflect refunds instantly.
Bank transfers can take 3–5 business days to appear.

Card refunds may take up to two billing cycles.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or fee waivers may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues, charger malfunction, or network outages

  • Grid failures, natural disasters, or safety incidents

  • Vehicle breakdowns or verified medical emergencies

  1. Dispute Resolution

Customers may contact support with the booking reference, session details, and reason for dispute to request a manual review.

  • Provide documentation where applicable (photos, invoices, or support tickets) to expedite resolution.
