It was founded by our Chairman Shri. Prashant Dixit in 1981. A student of ElectricalEngineering after completing his Diploma from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli was selected by Bajaj Auto as a Maintenance Engineer. His dream of having something of his own could not let him work in peace. Finally, after 2 years of service, he came back to Sangli to start his enterprise Power Factor Controls along with his college mates.

Power Factor Controls was engaged in the manufacturing of Industrial Control Panels. After that, he ventured into the manufacturing & distribution of electronic devices for Power Systems. He laid the foundation of Vijeta Switchgear Private Limited in 2003 which manufactures Switchgear for Pumps handling Water.

Further Shri. Prasad Dixit joined Vijeta in 2013 and with Director Partners expanded Vijeta into Engineering, Consultation, Media, Logistics, Marketing & eMobility Sectors.
